Hollee Chanel Mangrum-Willis
Hollee is the founder and principal consultant of Hollee Chanel Performance Works, a human-centered organizational effectiveness practice that helps leaders, teams, and organizations strengthen performance through strategy, operations, and human behavior.
With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning nonprofit management, arts administration, facilities operations, media, and live production, Hollee brings a rare combination of operational rigor and creative insight to every engagement. She has led complex programs, managed large-scale operations, coached leaders, developed organizational systems, and built high-performing teams across nonprofit, education, corporate, and creative sectors.
A classically trained dancer and graduate of Wellesley College with degrees in Psychology and Theater Studies, Hollee's career has included serving as an on-air personality for Chicago's Power 92, field correspondent for The Rosie Show on the Oprah Winfrey Network, and a trusted partner to organizations seeking to improve both culture and execution.
